Twitter Builds Customer Relations

I had every intention of talking about keywords today… and depending upon how much “real” work I get done, I may go back to that topic Sunday.  However, I ran across an article this morning that I want to share.

It seems that Best Buy is using Twitter to build customer relations; primarily as a conduit to answer questions.  So how can you use Twitter for kitchen and bath business – whether you are a designer or a manufacturer?  Think about tweeting any of the following:

  • Specials
  • Design tips
  • Links to articles (on your website or others)
  • A call for new distributors if you’re a manufacturer
  • News
  • Industry innovations
  • Contests
  • Conduit as an industry expert
  • Highlighting a new product
  • Interactive Q&A
