Prior to founding Z promotion & design in 1996, Phil held the position of Vice President of Research & Development for a technology-based communications firm.  In addition, Phil is an international award-winning designer and producer who spent over 12 years in the television industry as a graphic designer, a producer, director, animator and marketing director at top thirty (TV) market affiliates, as well as at CNN in Atlanta. 

Phil is a contributing writer to Kitchen & Bath Design News, the current Chapter Representative for the Eastern Carolinas Chapter of NKBA, a past member of the national NKBA Technology Advisory Council, a past chapter Vice President of Membership and VP Technology/Communications.  In addition, he is an industry speaker on marketing, advertising and Internet-related topics.  He is the author of the industry marketing guide “A is for Advertising… B is for Branding… a hands-on guide to improved profits through marketing your kitchen & bath business – volume 1″.
